What the agreement says about money.

The full Talent Management Agreement is sent to you before any commitment. It states the revenue share, the reconciliation method, the payout date, and the exact deductions permitted. Nothing is agreed verbally and then written later.

Take it to a lawyer. Ask for the clause numbers. We will not press for a signature, and we do not sign anyone who has not read it.

The agency is built the way a professional firm is built: contract first, written terms, reconciliation every month, one person answerable for the standard. If something is not right, you have a name, a direct line, and a signed document behind you.

The principal's name, signature and direct contact are on your agreement before you sign it. We do not put a face on a website and a call centre behind it.
